AMOS

Amos is a graphical structural equation modeling package which allows the researcher to observe relationships among the variables in a model. Amos goes beyond traditional statistical approaches allowing the researcher to not only find correlation, but also to confirm relationships — and gain additional insight into the causal nature and strength of those relationships.
