Initial Submissions: All submissions are processed through eIRB, which can be accessed at: http://eresearch.emory.edu/emory.

Continuations: Studies are generally approved for a one year period, and approval must be renewed on a yearly basis. Submit this form to request a continuation of a currently approved study.

Modifications: Submit any changes which have been made to an IRB approved study at http://eresearch.emory.edu/emory.
