Accommodations

Accommodations for faculty conference participants are located in the lovely Emory Conference Center Hotel or Emory Inn which is located only a few blocks and on the same road as the Goizueta Business School. Faculty are responsible for accommodation fees. Meals are provided.

A shuttle to transfer participants to and from the Emory campus is provided free of charge.

Faculty Accommodations Details

The conference hotels are located right next to one another. When making a reservation please ask for the "INFORMS Marketing Science Conference - ECCH" to receive the conference rate. Please call to reserve your room, since the conference has the rooms reserved, it may not be available through the internet reservation form. Both hotels offer high speed internet access and upscale recreation.

Emory is located in a residential neighborhood with limited access to dining and shopping. We suggest that you consider renting a car during your stay. Please note that free parking is provided at both conference hotels and at the Goizueta Business School parking deck, located adjacent to the Business School.

Recreation

If you enjoy running or nature beautiful Lullwater Park provides running trails and grassy areas for recreational activities such as frisbee.

Attendees may also use the Emory Campus state-of-the-art Woodruff Physical Education Center. Facilities include four basketball courts, an indoor track, a 50-meter Olympic pool, Cybex and free weights, Stairmasters, ergs, stationary bikes, squash courts, a climbing wall, an outdoor track, and many outdoor tennis courts, which are also lighted in the evenings. Equipment is available for sign-out. A guest pass is required to enter the facility and each participant will be presented a guest pass at registration.
