Maya
Mylavarapu, a senior at the Goizueta School of Business, is a
veteran officer having served as Vice President of ComClub. While
pursuing a concentration in Finance and Management with a minor
in Spanish, she is busy organizing ongoing events for the coming
year, such as the annual Faculty versus Student Business Jeopardy
game. In addition, Maya is a Student Government Association Executive
Assistant, a member of the Finance Club, and public relations
assistant for her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. Maya likes to relax
by reading, running, and traveling. When asked about the benefits
of ComClub, Maya states that it "informs peers about the
importance of communication in the business world while simultaneously
building their communication skills."
Alana Solomon, Former President
Alana
Solomon is a Junior student at the Goizueta School of Business,
concentrating in Marketing and Communications. The president of
the Communication Club, Alana is also active in other campus organizations.
She is the Chairperson of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, a member
of the Marketing Club, and an active participant in Volunteer
Emory. In addition, Alana is very excited about the Communication
Club and believes that "it can really make a difference in
both the development of students' communication skills and the
way they perceive the communication world."
Jessica Poole
Jessica
Poole, a Senior, is double majoring in Management and Sociology.
As co-vice-president, Jessica aids in organizing events and other
administrative work. In addition to the ComClub, Jessica is an
active member in the University Chorus and serves as a GBS Mentor.
In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, kicking back
to dance, and even learning Cantonese! Jessica claims "ComClub
rocks my world!" After graduation, Jessica will be working
with J.P. Morgan Chase as an Internal Consulting Services Analyst.
Priya Anand
Priya
Anand, a Senior at the Goizueta School of business, is a Marketing
and Communications major. After graduation she plans to attend
law school, and use her business background to become a Corporate
Lawyer. But before she enters law school, Priya is keeping busy
serving as the secretary/treasurer of the ComClub and Continuing
Educator of her sorority, Delta Delta Delta. When Priya gets a
chance to relax, she likes reading and hanging out with her friends.
When asked to comment on the ComClub, Priya stated "The great
thing about this club is that Communication is an important aspect
in any field!"
