• What resources are provided to me when I login to Goizueta's network?
  • If you decide to login to the Goizueta network you are granted access to printing to the public printers and network drives in the Goizueta building.

  • Do I need to do anything to get to the wireless network and to print to the network printer?
    Yes. Please click here for the instructions.


  • Do I need to configure my laptop to the Goizueta network to access their email system and internet services?
    No. The Goizueta email system (FirstClass) as well as external internet access only requires an ip address. To access an ip address from your laptop requires a ethernet port or wireless card, and you will need to configure your laptop for DHCP access. Your local area tech support can assist you in this process.
  • I will not be able to attend the orientation session on Friday, will someone be available to help me at a later date?
    Of course! Every weekend that the EMBA classes meet we have a technical staff person on hand on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. You can also receive technical support via email to our online help center at support_desk@bus.emory.edu. We also have an on-call help line Mondays thru Fridays (and EMBA Saturdays) from 8am to 5pm that can be reached at 404-727-0581.
