Reserving Classrooms and the Lab

Goizueta Computing Center Reservations

Goizueta Computing Center reservations for the entire lab are only held on Fridays, except during mid and final year exam periods. Reservations for 10 or fewer machines can be made throughout the week during low traffic times of the semester, reservations cannot be made during mid- and final-year exam periods.

Faculty and staff are able to make Computing Center reservations for classroom instruction and to administer exams. Students and/or student clubs cannot reserve the lab for any reason.

Policy on Reserving the Center

To make a request you must send an email to the Support Desk at least two weeks prior to the reservation. Indicate in the email the number of machines needed, the need for a portable projector*, date and timeframe of the reservation. Once the reservation has been made the Computing Center staff will be notified to post signage informing the community of the lab closing period.

*The availability of the portable projector, if needed, will affect the reservation request.
