Following the policy established in 2004, authors must register
for the conference by the March 15, 2005 early registration
deadline or their abstract will be dropped from the program.
All registration
fees admit you to the conference presentations, plus all the
social and meal events on the program. This includes the Thursday
evening reception, special event on Friday evening, and Saturday
banquet.
* The Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by May 12, 2005: refund less a $50 processing fee
Cancellation from May 13 to June 3, 2005: refund of 50% of your
registration fee.
Cancellation after June 3, 2005: no refunds available.
