2005 ISMS Doctoral Consortium

The annual INFORMS Society of Marketing Science (ISMS) Doctoral
Consortium will be held on Thursday June 16 from 8:00am to 3:30pm
at the Goizueta Business School, Emory University, Atlanta,
GA. It precedes the 2005 INFORMS Marketing Science Conference.
The consortium will feature presentations, panel discussions
and breakouts with leading marketing science researchers and
Marketing Science/Management Science Editors and Associate Editors
on topics including choice modeling, analytic modeling, econometric
estimation methods, managerial decision aids, empirical research
on substantive issues, and behavioral decision theory.
The registration fee for doctoral students participating in
the consortium is $25. Students must also register
for the conference.
Participation is limited to 100 Ph.D. students. There is no
restriction on the number of students that can attend from any
one university; however, if demand exceeds capacity, the expected
graduation date and the numbers of students already accepted
from the university will be considered in selecting students.
The doctoral coordinator for the department should nominate
student(s) in their department interested in attending by March
15, 2005. For each student nominated, please indicate their
name, email address, and expected date of graduation. Nominations
