Information Services

Much of your work at Goizueta is facilitated through the use of technology. The goal of Information Services is to provide excellent technology with a minimum of intrusion or limitation. Information services is responsible for all aspects of computing and networking at the Goizueta Business School. Our services include Classroom and student computing support, faculty and staff desktop support, operation of the GBS wired and wireless network, maintaining a safe and secure server environment, providing email services, supporting the School website and portals as well as extensive multimedia and AV support.

Computer Support:
The Office of Information Services operates a Help Desk, 7:30 AM to 9 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:30 – 5PM Friday and 8 am – noon on Saturday,  to provide computing assistance for the faculty, students and staff of the Goizueta Business School. The quickest way to get support is to call the Sup port Desk at 727- 0581 or send an e-mail to Support_Desk@bus.emory.edu

Services:
Information Services is organized into principal groups which include Systems and Infrastructure, AV and Multimedia, Applications and Technical Support, and Research Computing. In addition Areas are provided with a personal liaison to work with them in getting help or special requests.
