Getting help

SUPPORT DESK is our local Goizueta help line and focal point for requesting services and support from Goizueta Information Services staff. You can contact Support Desk by phone or email. IS staff man the Support Desk phone on a rotation schedule, typically 4 hours at a time.

For URGENT requests call the Support Desk phone (404-727-0581 or 70581). Support Desk phone hours are:

Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Monday - Thursday evenings when classes are in session 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Saturday from 8:00 am - noon.

For LESS URGENT requests:

Email Support_Desk@bus.emory.edu or type Support Desk in the To: box in First Class or

Use use our new web access to Support Desk via TRACKIT Self-Service  
(Faculty & Staff only)

TRACKIT is the Business School online work request assignment and tracking system. Email sent to Support Desk is automatically forwarded to TRACKIT. PLEASE do not email time critical requests to individuals directly or without copying Support Desk. This assures your request will not be lost or left pending in someone's personal inbox.

  • All technical support staff monitor TrackIT and respond
  • Supervisors monitor TrackIT requests from home or on site

Program and Area Liaison - An Information Services staff support liaison is also assigned to each Program Office and some groups. Contact your staff liaison if you need help an do not know where to start or are planning something which involves our support. The following people support specific programs or areas.

Emory HelpDesk - Many of the systems we use are offered through the central campus University Technology Services (UTS) division. If you need assistance with your EmoryUniv password, campus access, your Postini anti SPAM account, OPUS, BlackBoard, PeopleSoft, Exchange account or Goodlink you should submit an online help request or call the Emory HelpDesk at 404-727-7777. The UTS main website is http://it.emory.edu . You will need to login using your OPUS username and Password.

Under "Assign to Support Group" be SURE to choose UTS HelpDesk.

    TrackIT Self Service is a web interface to Support Desk. TrackIT Self Service allows you to see your requests, who's assigned to help you and monitor progress.
