Welcome to Goizueta Women in Business

Graduate Women in Business (GWIB) is an organization that serves the Goizueta Business School community by creating a forum to discuss and address issues relevant to women in business, and by offering activities that build awareness of women in leadership positions.

GWIB sponsors social and professional activities as well as provides volunteer opportunities within the community. It also provides students, faculty, and alumnae with exciting social and networking opportunities. The purpose of the organization is to build a strong community among Graduate Women in Business, while fostering their success in the future.

GWIB'S Mission:
  • To be the foremost professional and educational information resource for graduate women in business schools and other relevant constituencies such as women in corporations, faculty, alumnae and other professional business women
  • To provide increased opportunities and visibility for our members and to provide support for their professional endeavors
  • To provide networking opportunities for our members with professionals committed to the development of women's role in business
  • To increase communication among graduate business schools regarding their initiatives to educate and support future women in business
  • To support an annual national conference hosted by a different graduate business school each year
