This is how to disable display last user name in logon screen:

  1. Go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel.
  2. Double-click on Administrative Tools.
  3. Double-click on Local Security Policy.
  4. Open up the Local Policies folder.
  5. Open up the Security Options folder.
  6. Double-click on "Do not display last user name in login screen". Please do not change any other security policies.
  7. Change the Local policy setting from Disable to Enable.
